Service Centre Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms, territorial responsibilities, supply expectations, and earning structure that apply to approved Richlance Service Centres.
By registering as a Richlance Service Centre, you agree to this Service Centre Agreement and any related operational guidelines, territorial policies, and updates published by Richlance International.
Introduction
This Service Center Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation as a Service Center in Richlance International's direct sales program.
Definitions
- Service Center refers to an individual or business that has registered for the Service Center membership.
- Program refers to Richlance International's direct sales program.
- Products refers to digital and physical products offered through the Program.
- Website refers to www.richlance.com and related official Richlance properties.
- State refers to a geographical area designated by the government.
Membership Requirements
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old to become a Service Center.
- Registration: You must register with accurate and complete information.
- Package: You must pay the Package fee (₦10,000,000 - ₦50,000,000). Note: products are given equivalent to the package amount.
- Location: Only one Service Center will be allowed per State.
Membership Benefits
- Earning Potential: Earn up to 2-4% of all Collection Center monthly sales within your State.
- Exclusive Territory Rights: Sole representative for your State.
- Direct Access to Products: Purchase products from the company at competitive rates.
- Supply Opportunity: Supply products to all Collection Centers in your State.
Earning Structure
Sales Commission
2-4% of total monthly sales from all Collection Centers in your State.
State-Wide Sales Bonus
Calculated based on total State-wide sales.
Obligations
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Program Rules: You must adhere to the Program's rules and guidelines.
- Confidentiality: You must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Inventory Management: You must manage inventory levels to ensure timely product delivery.
- Collection Center Support: Provide excellent support to Collection Centers in your State.
Territorial Rights
As a Service Center, you will have exclusive territorial rights to operate within your designated State.
Collection Center Management
- Oversight: You will oversee all Collection Centers in your State.
- Support: Provide training and support to Collection Centers.
- Sales Tracking: Track sales performance of Collection Centers.
Termination
Richlance International Limited reserves the right to terminate any Service Center Agreement at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:
- Non-compliance with established program rules and policies.
- Breach of confidentiality or misuse of company information.
- Failure to supply or distribute products to Collection Centers within the stipulated time.
- Engagement in activities that may harm the company’s reputation or operations.
- Any other reasonable grounds deemed necessary by the company.
Voluntary Termination by Service Center
A Service Center may choose to terminate its agreement with the company by providing a written notice of three (3) months.
- The termination will take effect upon the expiration of the 3-month notice period.
- All obligations must be fulfilled within this period.
Refund & Settlement After Termination
Upon termination by either party:
- The Service Center will receive products equivalent to the value of their subscribed package.
Important Notice:
- There shall be no cash refund of the Service Center package subscription fee.
- This is because commissions are distributed to uplines at the point of activation.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.
Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to update this Agreement. Changes will be effective upon posting.
Acceptance
By registering as a Service Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
