Affiliate Agreement

Introduction

This Affiliate Agreement governs your participation as an affiliate in Richlance International's direct sales program. It outlines the conditions for membership, available benefits, the earning structure, and the responsibilities expected of each affiliate.

Definitions

• Affiliate refers to an individual registered under the Richlance affiliate membership.
• Program refers to Richlance International's direct sales structure and related opportunities.
• Products refers to the physical and digital products or services offered through Richlance International.
• Website refers to www.richlance.com and related official Richlance properties.

Membership Requirements

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to become an affiliate.
• Registration: You must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Payment: You must pay the applicable registration fee, which may range from N20,000 to N800,000 depending on the selected package.

Membership Benefits

• Product Value: You will receive 70% products equivalent to the value of your registration fee, subject to package terms.
• Storefront Landing Page: 30% of your package fee goes for your customized Storefront Landing and a lifetime product discount.
• Earning Potential: Affiliates may access earnings across up to 15 generations, depending on the active compensation structure.

Earning Structure

Affiliate Obligations

• Compliance: You must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company requirements.
• Program Rules: You must follow Richlance rules, policies, and operating guidelines.
• Confidentiality: You must maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and internal business information.

Termination and Legal Matters

Richlance International Limited reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Non-compliance with established program rules and policies.
• Breach of confidentiality or misuse of company information.
• Engagement in fraudulent, unethical, or misleading activities.
• Actions that may harm the company’s reputation or operations.
• Any other reasonable grounds deemed necessary by the company.

Voluntary Termination by Affiliate

An Affiliate may choose to terminate their participation in the program by providing a written notice of seven (7) days.

• The termination will take effect upon the expiration of the 7-day notice period.
• All outstanding obligations must be fulfilled within this period.

Refund & Settlement After Termination

Upon termination by either the company or the Affiliate:

• The Affiliate will receive:
• 70% of their package value in products, and
• 30% allocated to the Storefront Landing Page (if applicable).

Important Notice

• There shall be no cash refund of the Affiliate package subscription fee.
• This is because over 70% of commissions are distributed to uplines at the point of activation.
• Richlance operates as a product-based network company, and all members are entitled to receive products equivalent to their package value.

By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement and any future updates made by Richlance International.
