Collection Center Agreement

Introduction

This Collection Center Agreement governs your participation as a collection center within Richlance International's business structure. It defines the operational framework, earning model, territorial rights, and conduct expected from each approved collection center.

Definitions

• Collection Center refers to an individual or business registered under the Richlance Collection Center membership.
• Program refers to Richlance International's direct sales and distribution structure.
• Products refers to the physical and digital products or services offered through Richlance International.
• Website refers to www.richlance.com and related official Richlance properties.
• Local Government refers to the assigned geographical area recognized for collection center coverage and territorial operations.

Membership Requirements

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to qualify as a collection center.
• Registration: You must complete registration with accurate, current, and complete information.
• Payment: You must pay the applicable collection center registration fee, which may range from N1,500,000 to N5,000,000.
• Location Allocation: Only one collection center may be approved per Local Government area, subject to availability and company approval.

Membership Benefits

• Earning Potential: Collection Centers may earn up to 6% of monthly sales, based on applicable performance terms.
• Scalable Income: Earnings are designed to grow in line with operational performance and sales volume.
• Business Support: Approved collection centers receive access to benefits intended to support growth and local market operations.

Earning Structure

Collection Center Obligations

• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Richlance operational requirements.
• Program Rules: You must follow company processes, policies, and distribution guidelines.
• Confidentiality: You must protect any confidential or proprietary information shared with you.
• Inventory Management: You are expected to maintain suitable inventory control for timely product fulfillment.
• Customer Support: You must provide professional and effective service to customers within your territory.

Territorial Rights

Approved collection centers are granted territorial operating rights within their designated Local Government area. This territorial coverage is subject to continued compliance with company rules, performance expectations, and operational standards.

Termination and Legal Matters

Richlance International Limited reserves the right to terminate any Collection Center Agreement at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Non-compliance with established program rules and policies.
• Breach of confidentiality or misuse of company information.
• Failure to properly manage or distribute products as required.
• Engagement in activities that may harm the company’s reputation or operations.
• Any other reasonable grounds deemed necessary by the company.

Voluntary Termination by Collection Center

A Collection Center may choose to terminate its agreement with the company by providing a written notice of three (3) months.

• The termination will take effect upon the expiration of the 3-month notice period.
• All obligations must be fulfilled within this period.

Refund & Settlement After Termination

Upon termination by either party:

• The Collection Center will receive products equivalent to the value of their subscribed package.

Important Notice:

• There shall be no cash refund of the Collection Center package subscription fee.
• This is because commissions are distributed to uplines at the point of activation.

By registering as a collection center, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement and any future operational updates issued by Richlance International.
